2012 GSW General Meeting Information & Schedule

Welcome and thanks to our new board members, Dan Snyder, Recording Secretary and Jim Schofield, Sponsoring Shops Coordinator!
Meetings are normally planned for the second Monday of the month, March through October, from 7-9 p.m. The agenda is flexible but usually follows some basic guidelines:
Introduction of all attendees
Brief review of recent and upcoming GSW events
Update on BWA-NH bicycling advocacy and education efforts
Short program on bike maintenance, products, nutrition, cycling tips, etc. Question and answer period
Social time to “mix and mingle”
Free snack items will be provided by the GSW
The location of the meeting varies to different bicycle shops in the area and at the headquarters, Safety & Health Council office, 57 Regional Drive, Suite 6, Concord NH (See directions below)
As for all GSW general meetings, members and guests are welcome to socialize, meet Board members and ride leaders, learn more about the club, and enjoy some free snacks.

Directions:
From Interstate Route 93:
From I-93 heading north or south, take NH Exit 13 in Concord. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn east onto Manchester Street (NH Route 3) to cross the Merrimack River. At the next set of lights (at the Carlson's auto dealership), take a left onto Old Turnpike Road . Follow road for approximately 1 mile to the next traffic light at Airport Road. Continue straight through light where the road now becomes Reg ional Drive. (The Concord Airport will be on your right.) Continue on Regional Drive approximately 1 mile.
The Safety & Health Council / BWA-NH office is located on the left at
57 Regional Drive (a one-story brick/brown stee l building). Go to the parking lot on the right side of the building and enter through the second door from the rear of the building. Look for the Safety & Health Council signs.
