Saturdays Nov. & Dec. 10:30 a.m., Concord, NH (2/3/4-L/M/B-10 to 50)

On 11/19/05 we must meet in the parking lot across from the Everett Arena because of a Concord Heights holiday parade; see notes in bold below.

Must Call Ahead Rides: Show and go rides with one or two leaders; cue sheets for 10 (flat), 15, 23, 30 miles will be available for self guiding. Distances and paces will be discussed before the groups depart and may vary week to week. No ride if snowy, rainy or excessively windy or if road conditions do not permit safe cycling. You must contact a leader to be certain a ride is taking place. Depending upon conditions and leaders’ preference for an activity, there may be snowshoeing or cross-country skiing offered, but no GSW mileage credit given for that! If weather conditions prohibit cycling, we might choose to snowshoe; inquire about that. Newcomers are welcome.

Directions:
Each Saturday, except 11/19, we meet at the NH Dept. of Transportation parking lot on Hazen Drive in Concord. From I-93, take exit 14E (Loudon Road/Rt.9). Go east across the Merrimack River * At the signal at the top of the hill, go L onto Hazen Drive. Take the first legal L into the parking lot.

*November 19 start site: After you cross the Merrimack River, notice the Everett Arena on the L and a small shopping center to the right where Bed, Bath & Beyond and TJ Max are located. We will meet in a quiet part of the shopping center lot on Saturday, November 19 because a holiday parade prohibits our going to the usual site.
